Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment for millions of people. However, like any form of entertainment, it should be enjoyed in moderation. bh9999 is committed to creating a safe, transparent, and fun environment for players in Bangladesh. We believe responsible gaming is the key to a happy and healthy experience.
When gaming shifts from entertainment to a problem, it can cause financial, family, and mental harm. That is why bh9999 maintains several protective tools and policies to help you stay in control and play mindfully.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. This prevents you from going beyond your set budget and helps you maintain financial control. To change your limit, contact our support team.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break from gaming, use the self-exclusion option. You can close your account for a set period or permanently. This decision is entirely in your control.
Time-Out Feature
Use the time-out option for a temporary break — from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, logging into your account and playing will be completely suspended. Taking a mental break is a wise decision.
Gaming History Review
You can view a detailed breakdown of your play history, wins and losses, and total spending. Understanding your own patterns helps you make informed decisions and reduces the risk of excessive play.
24/7 Support
Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat in Bengali. Whether it is a gaming concern or anything else — feel free to reach out. We do not judge, we help.
Account Security
Your account and information are kept secure through SSL encryption and a fair play policy. This platform operates for adults only, and we treat every player's safety as the highest priority.

Tips for Playing Responsibly
Keep these simple rules in mind for an enjoyable gaming experience at bh9999. Responsible gaming means staying within your limits and treating gaming as a source of entertainment.
Only play with money whose loss will not affect your daily life.
Set a clear limit on time and money before each session and stick to it.
Avoid gaming to try to win back lost money — it only makes the situation worse.
Do not game when you are emotional or under stress — it makes it harder to make sound decisions.
Take regular breaks. Resting between sessions is part of healthy gaming habits.
Gaming should not be your main source of income — it is purely for entertainment.
Protection of Minors
bh9999 follows a strict 21+ policy. Lock your account if it is open on a computer or mobile device. Never leave your login details within reach of children or teenagers.
If you suspect a minor has used your account, contact us immediately via live chat. We will carry out the necessary investigation and take action.
